FIDE fee

In order to decrease the number of payments, the FIDE fee of 70 Euros (blitz 35 & rapid 35 Euros) for each player shall be paid to the Organizer, who will ensure to transfer it to FIDE.

Additional fee

Registration after 20 Sep. 2023

After this date, organizers reserve the right to refuse or decline late registrations or, if there is availability, a penalty for each late registration will be charged to participants.

Registration deadline

After the Registration, accommodation & travel form has been filled in, sent to the organizer, and approved by the organizer, the national federations will receive invoices for bank payments. The invoices will contain all the necessary details for the bank payment.
The payment deadline for registrations and accommodations is September 20th, 2023.
A sender must pay all bank commissions. When payments are confirmed, the Organizing Committee will send to the participating Federation the confirmation of thehotel reservations.
The Registration fee is 100 Euros for each player and each accompanying official/person. The registration fee is compulsory and represents a confirmation of participation.
